Co-workers -One of the most cohesive groups I've met, but probably only because we're int he same boat, fighting the same battles.

Cons

Sr. Management hasn't got a clue how to run a company Work/life balance is non-existent HR team is the worst I've seen at being proponents of the employees Middle management is ineffective - Many have never done the job. Hard to understand how they got to where they are No room for growth Internal measurement criteria are a joke
