Pros

Good benefits, excellent co-workers, and you have a great opportunity to work with latest technologies if you are in the product development group.

Cons

Senior leadership in product development group believes that employees are "fungible". Individuals are not valued for the contributions they make to the company and the knowledge they possess. Communication between leadership teams is poor at best. Product development is dysfunctional and unfocused under current leadership team and has consistently demonstrated a a failure to honor commitments to customers.

Workplace Balance, decent pension plan for employees

Cons

Can be brutal demands on employees, not enough people for the work, cutbacks at every level, i would never ,ever recommend someone for the company. Especially in an entry level sales position. they go through a meat grinder and the pay is crap. There are way too many management changes made.
