Pros

The Benefits are excellent, time off is excellent, 9/80 work schedule. Management tends to be very understanding when you are trying to balance work & life. Co-workers are great, most have been there for years (simply because they haven't done any new hiring in years).

Cons

Overseas outsourcing, senior management is awful, too many products. The re-organizing managment happens on a yearly basis. New executive managements comes in a promises the same thing old management, but nothing ever happens. Constantly cutting costs by cutting the staff - it's never management.

Pros

Strong senior management team is committed to positive change and aggressively pursuing new opportunities in the market and changing the product focus for the future.

Cons

Some of the old guard is still mired in the "it's good enough" frame of mind.
