Pros
At Dayforce there is an exemplary amount of comraderie amongst the employees that I have never experienced at any other company. My colleagues are a diverse group who bring varying levels of expertise and are happy to share their knowledge and experiences. I find that the Dayforce team is dynamic and incredibly bright. I like how the upper management has an open door policy. Even as we continue to grow, the employees always know what is going on and we have been offered different tools to provide and receive feedback. We have a work hard/play hard attitude at Dayforce. Dayforce rewards its' employees in different ways and I especially like the free lunches on Fridays. There is a great social committee who put together really fun events.
Cons
Given that we are in the software industry, there are often times of high pressure where we have to stay later or put in extra effort. However, anyone who chooses to work in software knows that this is a standard across the industry. We are growing quite rapidly and it's getting hard to keep up with all of the new faces.
