For developers, once you reach senior developer role, you are stuck in that role for ever and grow in management roles. No architect roles available. Hire and Fire policy- If the product is retired, the employees gets laid-off from the company. For people you like to continue working with Java/J2ee technology there is only one product which uses this technology and hence you will be stuck in the project for ever.

- Work life balance is excellent; - Work from home is allowed when you need it; - Very good hardware for devs; - Lost of opportunities to grow your carreer; - I cannot attest for all managers, but i am lucky enough to have a very good manager and that makes all the difference;

Cons

The only con i can think of is, the dev framework we use is a bit old and not ideal, but not a big deal.
