Possibility of working from home Compensation is ok, bonus plus stock options

Cons

Mentality of people is not to move forward with tech but to stay in the familiar waters. Feels corporate at times. Progress is slow. No Architect roles available, no interesting side projects. It's a slow death for curious Developers.

Good work life balance. Good vacation policy.

Cons

This place was nice when I joined. Since the growth started in the business the things changed. The management didn't care about employee or appreciating them. Many people in my team left because of bad salary increases and no promotions. All are doing well outside and growing. They don't have any work going on in new areas like AI and ML which is bad. Leaving this company was a very good decision for me.
