flexible time off, work from home or virtual, nice people to work with, average salary, stock option, good place to relax and retire.

not a high tech company, using old school Microsoft products, reinventing the wheel all over the place, choosing convenience over best practices. you write so many SQL scripts if you work back end and struggling with poor performing customization of dojo when working front end. often we deal with performance issues of big fat SQL queries or super bad performing complicated dojo UIs. we spend a good amount of time sitting idle waiting for huge solutions to build. Low energy office in general.
