Pros

Pay is average: $50k - 65k for new grads. This isn't that great seeing as many new hires have very employable degrees (sciences & engineering). Benefit coverage is pretty standard, 3 month probationary period. Most people are very friendly, lot's of young people. Once a month there is a company lunch, and another day every month is for cake and sweets to celebrate birthday. Both of these events are pretty good. Free pop/snacks (although not any healthy snacks) is a nice addition too.

Cons

The work hours can be quite long. Upper management really doesn't respect their employees and act as if they are lucky to be employed. In actuality, this company is lucky to have such qualified individuals. I've been here 6 months and HR/management has not followed up to find out if I am satisfied. Recruiters will try to convince you that the work is challenging. Not much room to grow either way. Consultants don't gain many useful skills, only very specific knowledge to the Dayforce product. This means, if they find themselves out of a job, they don't have much to show for their time here. Developers will of course get to work with enterprise software, but the coding experience is not very challenging. The other devs are all very smart, but under payed.

Pros

- They provide you with the best hardware, and the domain experts are in-house. - Nice office

Cons

Management can't wait to cash out. This means long-hours, zero-coding standards (really horrible code-base), and vague specifications. Management has little consideration about how many hours you put in.
