The atmosphere is relaxed but busy There is a low level of responsibility for most positions The work environment is supportive due to how the hotel staff functions as a team

Cons

The pay is low and there are not many tips The standard of production is achievable but hard to meet Susceptibility to being micromanaged by either a supervisor or manager on duty

So during my interview I was told I would be getting $6. A room but with the do not disturbed rooms they stop pay you to do it comes out to minimum pay.

Cons

So the whole time I was employed there 4 weeks I got 3 do not disturbed rooms. So from working from 8:00am until 4:30 pm daily for 5 day and off 2 days I received a $356 for 2 weeks of work I was furious. The pay check reads totally different then what happened so I really feel they lied.
