Hotel benefits (not the high end ones), good experience

Cons

Depends on the manager/owner cuz it's franchise. I used to have a great general manager.. support employees, fun environment. But the manager now is cheap and doesn't trust employees.. too much work load

Reliable world wide. Free wi-fi. Understand my needs as a busy business man. And easy to book over several platforms.

Cons

Quality of the different hotels world wide can be very different. The service seems alright all around, but the hotels are different.
