Pros

Fun place to work, freedom to work independently and there is plenty of time to get your rooms done; if you work at a decent pace. Co-workers are there to help anyone who may have rooms left so everyone can leave for the day. Comfortable, able to listen to music or listen to t.v. while working. Very family oriented, they value family obligations of their employees. They are understanding and if you need to go due to an emergency, or need to take a little time off to deal with an emergency, you are able to do so.

Cons

If you are a housekeeper, you more than likely will not be getting full time hours. Your hours vary depending on the time of year and amount of rooms that day. Pay is 8.00 an hour to start which isn't bad. If you are looking for more hours or full time hours..front desk would be a better option. I, myself, enjoyed the housekeeping position.
