Pros

A very friendly company that has a track record of success. You can tell by how long most employees stay here that there is a respect given to everybody from top to bottom. Also, in a larger work force each team member is given a clearly defined specialized role which helps create both individual and company growth. Coming from a previous competitor, and after being here for a month observing how things operate, it is clear why Dezurik is notches above the rest.

Cons

The winters sound brutal in Minnesota. With it being so large, it also is a little challenging to try to get to know everybody.

Pros

Amazing place to work, everyone is very welcoming and open to any questions. Has tons of team building exercises and not to mention rewards and gifts to its employees. Great place to work especially for engineering.

Cons

You need to have a good concept of physics or mechanics, but they still train you well to understand their products.

Pros

They have great onboarding with an dedicated HR department. Everyone is very friendly, and while there is a lot to learn, many are willing to help you through the growing pains. The DeZURIK culture is positive, focused on safety, and there is an emphasis on employee welfare. The compensation seems fair as well.

Cons

Accruing vacation can take a while, which limits your PTO in the first months working for the company. The health insurance is a high-deductible plan, with an HSA. I would prefer a low deductible plan.
