Training is detailed expectations clear.

Cons

Impersonal no one talk to you. Supervisors aren’t helpful most of the time. They say they’re supportive but when you reach out the don’t really do much. You’re on zoom the whole shift they want your whole face visible.

Low salary, requires you do your job in front of a camera while they watch you the whole time although it is remote. I thought that was strange. They were letting people go by giving low performance reviews but were just laying us off.
