The hard truth

Pros

The only good thing about this job is that it is remote........

Cons

Working here has been incredibly frustrating. Management is rude, overly controlling, and constantly power-trips over schedules, tasks, and day-to-day decisions. It feels like nothing is ever left to staff to handle on their own without micromanagement. Supervisors escalate even small disagreements by threatening to involve higher management. You’re told to be professional and watch your tone, but management doesn’t follow the same rules, which is really frustrating and demoralizing. Communication is a total mess. Different staff members tell you different things, and it’s impossible to know what’s accurate. This leads to a ton of confusion, mistakes, and stress. There’s also a big problem with support—or lack of it—when employees are treated unfairly. Issues are often brushed aside, blamed on staff, or handled in a way that feels manipulative. Employees end up feeling undervalued, replaceable, and even gaslighted at times, which makes the work environment very toxic. In-service meetings are mostly pointless. They focus almost entirely on management and supervisors, rarely include everyone, and don’t address the concerns of the staff who actually do the work. It’s frustrating to see how little value is given to employees’ perspectives. Pay does not reflect the workload at all, and scheduling practices are inconsistent and seem more about control than fairness. There’s also a noticeable lack of inclusivity, and the overall culture makes employees feel ignored and undervalued. Overall, I've experienced poor leadership, inconsistent communication, exclusionary practices, and a lack of real support. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and left to navigate a toxic and manipulative environment with little guidance or recognition.

Pros

They have a good cause

Cons

Everyone in management is inexperienced and it shows. Favoritism and prejudice at its finest. Don’t let their ai responses make you think they care. They will micromanage and work the crap out of you and not care about anything else. Quick to fire, slow to reflect.

Pros

No pros that I can think of !!!!

Cons

Where do I even start? Before I took this job, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt despite all the bad reviews. Turns out, every single one was true. From day one of training, the trainers led with threats constantly talking about termination over the smallest things. Not having your camera on? A problem. They require your camera on not just for training, but for your entire shift. If you need to use the bathroom, you have to notify the trainer and supervisor and they literally time your bathroom breaks. Like… what? Aren’t we adults? They even get upset if you use a blurred background. It feels invasive, like they want full access to your personal life and expect the job to completely take over. On top of that, the pay schedule is awful you only get paid on the 7th and the 22nd. The work schedule makes no sense either: working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Wednesday and Thursday off. Who thought that was reasonable? This job is genuinely terrible. I got another offer someone else putting notice in soon.
