Leadership is a JOKE. You can bring up issues left and right and no one will listen. The director over DDC Advertising is totally absent. The managers are starting to follow suit. The lack of leadership and overall support is laughable. The training is nonexistent and when you aren’t aware on how to do something, it’s suddenly your fault.
