Pros

I really enjoyed my time working at DearDoc. It has a phenomenal culture where you are not just a number, but recognized for your abilities and contributions. There is a ton of room for growth and professional improvement, provided by an excellent management team and training materials. All of the people surrounding you are like minded and kind, and truly want to help you succeed for the sake of you being successful. You even get to know the C Suite on a personal level and never feel too intimidated to have a real, genuine, down to earth conversation with them. Additionally, everything is merit based, not necessarily based on time in position, or politics, or anything like that. If you want to progress your career, so long as you work hard, perform well, and ask leadership/mentors for guidance, you will.

Cons

Base Pay is fairly low considering the market rate, however if you’re willing to grind, you control your own destiny in terms of OTE, and there is a solid balance in benefits. If you’re willing to really put in the work to be successful, you will be.

Pros

My experience as a Customer Success Manager has been fulfilling. The business creates tools that truly benefit practices because it genuinely cares about patient engagement. Leadership keeps the work relevant by promoting development and embracing fresh concepts.

Cons

A fast-paced workplace can be difficult during hectic weeks, particularly when there are product updates, but it is manageable with effective planning and communication.

Pros

Although I don't have any experience in healthcare, I joined as a Customer Success Manager with some tech knowledge. After a few weeks of a seamless onboarding process, I felt comfortable handling client calls. Although you are expected to run your book of business, you are never left alone because the company truly values ownership. I appreciate that assisting clients in truly receiving value from their purchases is just as important to client success as retention.

Cons

Maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of accounts calls for excellent follow-up abilities and organization.
