Similar to my deleted review... I spent a significant amount of time at Deardoc, and I can say that my experience was far from what I hoped it would be. The sales environment here is incredibly cutthroat, with a focus on hitting volume targets rather than building genuine customer relationships. The pressure to perform is relentless, there’s little room for a work-life balance, and it often feels like you’re just a number in the system rather than a valued employee. The sales leadership promotes a micromanaging culture that stifles creativity, follow the leader type deal. It's frustrating to be constantly monitored and directed on how to do your job, leaving little space for personal growth or initiative. Training methods are outdated and, frankly, feel like they were pulled straight from YouTube. There’s no comprehensive onboarding; you’re left to fend for yourself with a script that can be quite misleading about the products and services you’re selling. This lack of transparency makes it hard to feel proud of your work or believe in what you’re selling. Overall, if you're looking for a supportive environment that values quality and ethical sales practices, this is not the place for you. It can be a good stepping stone, but be prepared for a challenging atmosphere that may leave you feeling disillusioned.

Around the clock dialing like you’re a machine: 500 dials is common. I’ve seen 800 dials from others. The script is a completely and utter lie so you must leave your moral compass at the door to be successful and be more than happy to blatantly deceive people all day. Management is absolutely and utterly shameful. Massive turnover. Every week you’ll see another co-worker disappear off the face of the earth and it’s never discussed. Training consists largely of videos on YouTube. Insane quota requirements and an exceptionally short leash between you and getting fired. If you have any concerns or feedback you’re quickly reminded to stay in your place and remain silent as questioning processes is one of the main things considered in the decision to fire people. Working at another organization’s sales department will show you just how cultish and morally bankrupt of an operation this is. Management should be ashamed of the way they take advantage of, gaslight, and manipulate droves of young fresh grads who are just trying to figure it out in a terrible job market. Harassing the same customers every single day at their offices and on personal cell phones when they are seeing patients. They sell you a pipe dream of all the money you’ll make, but most are fired or quit because of unrealistic targets. The ones that remain are those that kiss the ground that management walks on and would do anything AND I MEAN ANYTHING to hit their quota. There’s so much more I could say but hopefully you get the idea.
