Pros
I have been a Decorating Den Interiors Franchise Owner for over 11 years. I decided to purchase a franchise as the support, training and access to suppliers surpasses what I had on my own. The Corporate team is there for me and handles my website management, marketing materials, and supplier relationships to name just a few of the benefits. I have hundreds of "sister" franchise owners who are there for me when needed.
Cons
The only downside that I can think of is that I love what I do so much that I tend to work a lot. That said, I have never missed a family event as I just schedule it in.

A proven business model, Great Corporate Support, Tools needed to set up a business , continued evolving improvement as the market has changed, Always looking for new ways to improve the processes to enhance the tools the owners need to be successful. Great group of owners that share openly with all. I really am in business for my self but not by myself
Cons
Requires dedication to following the business model. This business needs those who are proactive working on their business. Time management is key to making sure you are successful. Dealing with customers all the time, requires a person to understand people and know that you are going to take the next step to solve issues. In general, customers are a joy to work with, others much more demanding. Both deserve a positive result and as an owner I have to meet both expectations.
