The first thing I noticed was there was not any ethnic diversity. I still went on the interview anyway. I found it strange that a picture of me of taking right off the bat. Which gave me the impression that looks were more important than someone's ability to learn and do the job. The first interview is like a preliminary screening. You get a vague overview of the job, mostly a presentation about the company. You will not get any real questions answered about the position that is open. You're told that those questions are for the second interview. Then a test is sprung on you over reading, spelling and basic math. There's one problem, I have a learning disability which by law I am not required to disclose to any employers. A lot of companies are do this, but it's given up front before the interview. It's posted online as part of the application process.
