List states Paramedic Pay up to $41/hr?? What does it take to earn that?? I know of several of us that have Years of Critical Care and Management experience that only receive lower quarter of the pay scale. Need experience in Austere Locations, and Critical Thinking to adapt to this environment. Not a High Call Volume situation so Adrenaline Junkies/ New Paramedics/Transfer Paramedics might not want to apply. Paid as Salaried Employees, but required to submit Hourly Wage time Cards.
