Was a good company starting out. Fair, good benefits, easy access to management.

Cons

Seem to be going downhill. Benefits are changing often, can't get ahold of management if there are problems, seems like the company is having alot of turnover at corporate level which then concerns us lower employees about whether they will stay in business.
