The best part about decypher is the personal attention you receive from your contacts. They really care and take care of employees.

Cons

Based in San Antonio their online presence leaves a bit to be desired. From the pay stub site to email it can be a pain but well worth it.

Constantly shifting expectations. No protection from either the military or from Decypher. Constant threats of losing job.
