Pros

You get an opportunity to work with many nice people and get to help seniors.

Cons

Management is oblivious to what is going on in the field and lacks continuity to deliver on the mission statement.

Pros

When the honey moon ends you will find out exactly how much you’re willing to tolerate.

Cons

There is little to no respect for people in this organization. There is extremely high turnover. People with options simply leave in the first 3-6 months. This leaves a cesspool of unqualified people running the place. As a result there is a culture of management by intimidation, back stabbing and gossiping. Additionally, you will work long hours for very little pay. It’s unfortunate but many managers simply walk off the job. I’m sure there will be a company response that tries to minimize my comments. But just read the other comments. We all can’t be wrong.

Pros

Great center director. Getting to meet patients Staff was very warm

Cons

Let this be a warning for anyone hired before or during AEP. This corporate monster machine hires a bunch of people for AEP and either lays them off or tries to fire them. Toxic culture with problematic leads. I knew I was in for it when on my first day I was asked my religious and political beliefs from an MGC Lead. Very high turnover rate, which is probably why they wait 2 years to do a 401k Match. No one really lasts a year. Currently uneasy structure They laid off 300+ people and EVERYONE is worried they were next. After these lay offs they put more than half the employees on PIP plans. You can hit your numbers and still be fired for not hitting a minor metric (45 calls instead of 50). You are actively being worked against during these plans to ensure failure (not ordering business cards, excluding you from Mixers to build relationships, and not sending cold leads, while sending it to other employees). Members who beat the PIP with perfect numbers to only be put on another PIP. Corporate interferes with current MGCs business and will help other MGC leads poach your brokers and agents you established relationships with. Losing you out on a ton of business (this is another way they gotten people to quit). Comission is also a hard thing to get since they will find 10000 reasons why the members you signed on didn't qualify. One of the corporate managers seems to cozy up and gets close to attractive female members to make them his "star employee". It turned into an obvious pattern which people became uncomfortable by. Very unethical place to work for, I would be surprised if they sustain operation with these current business practice. If you need a job, take it but leave after 3 months. You will really notice the red flags when any insurance agent talks about their uneasiness to work with Dedicated as the brand they hold is atrocious. Good luck and don't stay long because soon it won't be up to you.
