Pros

There were good benefits and decent starting pay. Very welcoming at first offering tons of opportunity to grow and move up.

Cons

Constantly getting yelled at by patients for things out of your control. Providers schedule constantly changing or having to move patients because they can’t stay on schedule. Being blamed when providers aren’t meeting their numbers or answering patient messages.

Potential to help Seniors and enjoy activities with them to brighten their day. That is about the only good thing

Cons

Big Brotherish. The turnover rate is over 100% because the job description is not what the job is. Daily calls to get berated. The seniors we are "saving" are dehumanized to just a number or statistic

Pros

The model to care for patients is really good. Many patients get some great care they would not otherwise receive.

Cons

Most everything is done on ramped up emotion. They want “seniors” signed up using ins brokers to very same day - want the brokers who push for same day enrollments. The commissions are on a graded scale, which is not explained up front. Claims to be team oriented, but the model undercuts that because there are no territories - sort of dog eats dog. Most reps work easily 50 plus hours just to make minimums.
