Constantly getting yelled at by patients for things out of your control. Providers schedule constantly changing or having to move patients because they can’t stay on schedule. Being blamed when providers aren’t meeting their numbers or answering patient messages.

Seems to be a disconnect between senior leadership and local management. Company operates without integrity as the local center fails to deliver what is promised. Rules are applied differently, dependent on how well they like you. They look for excuses not to pay your commissions. They say they offer flexibility but mandate you be at 8:10 stand up with insufficient room for all the MGCs. Staff has to be in the office from 8-5, unless you have events but there's limited office space. Work environment was chaotic and toxic. Repetitive meetings and "call blitzes". Started to feel like I was working in a call center. Also, training was subpar. High turnover rate.
