Pros
The model to care for patients is really good. Many patients get some great care they would not otherwise receive.
Cons
Most everything is done on ramped up emotion. They want “seniors” signed up using ins brokers to very same day - want the brokers who push for same day enrollments. The commissions are on a graded scale, which is not explained up front. Claims to be team oriented, but the model undercuts that because there are no territories - sort of dog eats dog. Most reps work easily 50 plus hours just to make minimums.
