The company is 100% remote and does it great. The best hardware is given, Slack and online tools by default, you can work form anywhere. Also, the team is recruited from everywhere, I work with London, Kyiv, Ankara, and more but also America, Africa, and Australia. You make your agenda of the day, so you must be autonomous to avoid working less or working more. The problem is often to work more because time flies and there are so many things to work on.

Cons

Don't expect to have much social contact, if you are okay with it then it's good. Don't expect to speak in your language, if you are fine with it then it's good. Don't expect to work few hours, but if you like your job, then Deel gives you all what you need to do your work. Ask yourself if you are: a working person, an autonomous one, and like to work with international people. If yes to all three, apply. If no to one, skip.

* Work from basically anywhere + there is an immigration benefit if you want to permanently move to somewhere. * Deel speed, I have been in this company for almost 4 years and I really have never seen a company grow so fast before. From about 80 employees to over 3000 and still growing! * Mac pro MAX for all engineers. * Traveling, secret santa, deel dinner perks * Work and connect with people from many different countries. A truly connected international work force.

Cons

* Working from home makes it difficult to keep boundaries between working hours and personal time which can lead to overtime.
