Pros

Able to work remotely. Deel provides tech equipments of your choice.

Cons

Apart from management being toxic, they dont value top performers, for them everyone is the same so dont bother delivering but just do enough to keep the job. If you accept this toxic enviroment just make sure that you are getting paid well since the beginning or do 2 jobs as most of the new joiners are (I dont blame them thats what they should do).
