      None. Neglectful management isn't a pro, sorry.

      Unethical company. Typical govt contract scammers. Mediocre benefits. Company leadership uses employees to take more govt money for mediocre work. Entire groups have quit due to bad mgt. Company so bad they changed their name from right factor to put themselves in better light. Employees not respected anywhere due to quality of company

      Salary is descent, nothing else

      Cons

      Your seniors can be less experienced than you are, they can yell at you like you are a child, you are nobody and you have no value, they can fire without a good reason. Shut up and collect your money, the company doesn’t care about to do the right thing.
