Remember the days when your word was your bond? Well, don’t trust the CEO when he offers you a job with a salary, moving allowance and a start date. He’ll pull it at the last minute and blame someone else for the decision. Business is business, but people are humans. Another cub is the lowball offer in salary. People don’t always get paid what they’re worth.

If you do your job well you don’t get paid more you just get more work. There is a lack of clear communication and understanding of the full scope of what needs to be done. There is a level of laziness and incompetence that is impossible to not see. It is a very toxic and unprofessional work environment. The absolute worst part is management will disclose your personal information to other employees once you leave and they will spread misinformation and make up lies. I have never had such a horrible experience with management before. I was getting underpaid while doing the work management should have been doing.
