Pros

I've really enjoyed my time working at DG. There's a lot of fascinating and complex work to be done, and great people to do it with. Plenty of challenges in both the short and long term, but the company has a good outlook for the future.

Cons

Standard startup growing pains. Many things not yet formalized that should be, tech debt, and a sometimes overwhelming amount of work to be done.

- transparent company - the energy is fun and exciting - good base, bonus, stock - remote first - talented engineering team - good if you like rust, linux, working with GPUs

Cons

The company is in the midst of growing from 50 to 150+ people, which brings along a lot of growing pains. We are figuring out how to structure teams, how to communicate, the correct level of process, etc.
