Pros

- Benefits are very good - There is a lot of support for parents - Unlimited PTO - Long vacation breaks - Laid back environment/no micro managing - Entire company is remote - Yearly raises - Room for learning/paid courses - Lots of opportunity for growth positions/teams switch - Very friendly and fun working environment - Work life balance - They spend time checking in on you and they really value feedback and your happiness overall.

Cons

- If you do not like working remote this may not be for you. (Although we do have retreats where we meet in person)

Amazing team with excellent benefits and work that really matters. Still a startup and fast-growing, but a really unique team.

Cons

The benefits sometimes cause frustration with partner companies that don’t have such liberal time off benefits.

Pros

The people here make the company. I have never met so many people that care about the mission. This company is hard to replicate because it was built from the ground up with people and culture first. If you are tired of not making an impact or not moving fast enough to help our military community then this company is for you!

Cons

Cons are hard when things are going so great. Async work has its challenges but the company is always experimenting.
