- Excellent people - Great pay and benefits - Amazing culture - Fantastic mission - Good employee support - Full Remote - Fun - Forward thinking - Virtual Office Space - Excellent community/engagement

Cons

The only cons are that I didnt find this company sooner and that I havent been able to get all of my most revered colleagues from previous jobs to join yet.

-Incredible company culture, I truly feel like I'm cared about as a human and we have so much fun! -Incredible benefits! To name a few: unlimited PTO (and they actually encourage you to use it!), 100% paid medical/dental/vision, automatic and generous employer 401K contribution, and home office budget -Incredible passion, every single Unicorn is passionate about our mission, the problems we're trying to solve, and their role -Emphasis on continuous development and learning

Cons

-We are a startup and building the plane as we fly it so obviously there are growing pains, but I feel that we are comfortable with ambiguity and willing to experiment to find the right path(s) forward
