Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at DefenseStorm. Your feedback is vital as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. One of the key improvement areas in 2024 is focusing on improving our GRID platform. These initiatives include increasing GRID’s platform capabilities so that workloads within the CTS Operations is reduced greatly. In 2023, our CTS Operations team achieved the largest increase in employee engagement survey scores. Given the recent enhancements we've implemented, we anticipate that team members will experience an even greater sense of opportunity in the upcoming year. If you ever feel like you’d like to discuss ways in which we can improve, please feel free to reach out to your manager directly.

Pros

First and foremost, people join and stay at DefenseStorm for the people. Whenever you work for a small company you know it is going to be a lot of work and you want to enjoy the people that you are working with. Every day at DefenseStorm I learn something new from my fellow team members and from our customers. Second would be the opportunity. DefenseStorm is uniquely positioned to serve community financial institutions and their security needs. While other security players have point solutions and serve all industries, DefenseStorm has a suite of cyber risk readiness products to specifically address the unique approach to security needed for banks and credit unions. This focus allows us to really know and partner with our customers to ensure the optimal risk readiness posture together. Third, we are a small company that is starting to pick up its growth. It is a great time to join if you are someone that wants to have a direct impact in shaping your job and the companies future. It is however, not for those that are unwilling to dive head first into a rapidly changing company. We work hard and are passionate about our customers.

Cons

As stated above, the pace of work is strong. We are a company that is gaining traction in the market and have high expectations of ourselves. This is a place where you need to love what we do as we ask a lot of each other to grow and thrive together.
