Playing Russian Roulette with your job everyday. It's way too unpredictable and dramatic. Patients have more power than the Staff. Management operates on immunity knowing everyone else is expendable. Honestly, it's all one big scam. Also. Dude chicks can't do this job, come on. They had females making the same amount or higher pay for jobs they were not suited for.
