The people are wonderful to work for and with. There is always tons of work to do, but it's exciting and challenging. I truly look forward to coming to work every day. Each day is different from the next. DNC encourages, questions of all sorts, education and working your way up the ladder. Making sure you have goals throughout your career is a must with the company. I have learned so much since I've been here and have been given the opportunity to grow with my job. DNC has many online courses and seminars and it is simply a wonderful place to work.
