Toxic environment; unprofessional people; unfair work practices; be careful if you work here. Don't care about students/families they just care about making more money. Management is the worst they just make anyone managers/directors with no type of experience managing others.

Low pay and president steals cost of living raises provided by state President lies about everything but has the board suckered There is pressure to pass incompetent students and many who we graduate lack basic skills Students cheat terribly but face no consequences when reported There is discrimination against non-Blacks There is no customer service, about every system is broken. Jobs don’t get done paperwork gets lost, calls don’t get returned… not once or once in a while but most of the time and over and over Nepotism leads to incompetence Employees are bullied into silence, we are not allowed to address problems Students are increasingly entitled and expect high grades for No or poor work
