Hours are great, schedule is great, the environment to me is great. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating especially my director. She is so understanding and even on my probation period has been so helpful. I love my teammates, they are all so down to earth and supportive. The pay is Okay, I wish it was a bit higher.

Cons

The pay is smaller than what I used to make, but that is my only thing.
