Pros

Good people, impressive mission, amazing instructors.

Cons

Top heavy. DSU invests more into their high level people but does not pay their instructors or administrative staff a livable wage. Most do not see a raise each year which means that they receive a paycut because they are not even keeping up with inflation or cost of living increases.
