      Coworkers are great. Pay is good.

      Cons

      No Onboarding or training. Management is terrible, and assigns all overtime to contractors who are not us-citizens, but have contracts written so that they cannot be paid for any overtime. These contractors work remotely from outside the US for DelekUS and are treated very unfairly. US contractors are not allowed to work overtime as they would get paid time and 1/2. There is very little oversight or planning in division of duties or assignment of duties to team members.

      Company sucks, they don't care if you work hard and been with for a while.. They treat you with no respect, they want you to slave for them and not pay you anything for your hard work.. They will let anybody be a manger and expect you to work long hours because they can't keep people..company know good.. well in Odessa its not

      Pay check that’s about it.

      Cons

      Management have all lost their minds. No work / home balance why so ever. They want you working every day/night. Consolidation has completely destroyed the Tyler refinery. CEO and all management only care about one thing Their bonus. They preach safety but only on paper.
