      Delek is a high-energy environment, with lots of great people! The company is in a growth mode and has a great leadership team. Great place to work.

      Cons

      There is hard work and high expectations, but if you thrive in this environment, it’s the place for you.

      Lots of learning opportunities and potential for growth.

      Cons

      The culture can be quite competitive and some are willing to do anything to get to the top. Having a work/life balance is "encouraged", but only in theory. Those who don't make this job their life will fall behind.

      Co-workers were great and were the only thing that made work bareable

      Cons

      The executive I worked for was totally unqualified for the position. Just a hot head who'd cuss you out in front of everyone, spread gossip about other employees openly to his department, and spoke very inappropriately much of the time. His employees are amazing and make him look great and they know it. Seems like other departments experienced similar issues. I never valued company culture until working here, and I somewhat regret taking the job in the first place. Do not recommend.
