      If you want to work 24/7 thats the job for you. The refinery always had issues.

      Pros

      The job is pretty laid back most of the time. My coworkers really make this job enjoyable. Nights and weekends are the best because management isn't here messing with you. All in all I really do enjoy my job. The money isn't as good as bigger companies, but it's great for the Tyler area, and this area is a great place to live.

      Cons

      Shift work. Sometimes have to work a ton of overtime, sometimes don't get enough overtime. Upper management is becoming more and more micromanaging. Lots of changes going on in the company right now, some good, some bad.
