Pros

They offer a pretty competitive salary provided you negotiate accordingly. They will at least match your current pay if not better and will not negotiate you down. Offer cell phone reimbursement, stocks and a 100% match for the 401k plan.

Cons

They are not employee friendly and will work you to the ground. You will more then earn your pay if you are in management. There is not much of a work life balance they offer or you can afford. Management can be very insensitive and it's what they say or the highway.

The hours required for salaried personnel is unmanageable. Many managers work 7 days a week for 16 plus hours a day. The corporate office is not as caring for the health of their people. Daily cussings from executive management is the norm and praise is unheard of. Very dehumanizing demoralizing all about the numbers atmosphere
