      Pros

      Great environment and focus on company success. Compensation is competitive and bonuses are very generous. 6% 401k match is great.

      Should improve communication and have more company events/team building events.

      THERE ARE NONE! UNLESS YOU WANT NO LIFE, NO RAISES, THAT IS UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THE GOOD O'BOYS!

      Cons

      Long lines, dm's and vp's no longer care for customers. No support from anyone. If you are in mgmt don't buy into lies of 50 hr work wk, or that if you can't find decent employees guess what, you will end up working at least a dbl shift if not more! Could say more but maybe you should try for yourself.

      No shortage of job openings!

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, insane workloads. Corporate management wants top quartile performance, but gives bottom quartile pay and benefits. High turnover rates, they cannot seem to retain quality people. Management does not keep their word, and don't care that they don't. Cheap....cheap, cheap, cheap!!!! Disorganized, standoffish, no visibility, no personal relationships, slow to hire and quick to fire...all around miserable company to work for.
