When you call the Compliance & Ethics Hotline (800-867-9267), a 3rd party representative will gather specific information from you related to the reported activity. You may be asked additional questions. If you wish to remain anonymous, the call representative will respect your wishes to the greatest degree possible. You may call back or view your report online to receive a status. If a report is filed online, you have the option to leave the name and contact information fields blank. We do ask that you provide as much detail as possible about the situation in question so a completed and thorough investigation can be conducted. Concerns can also be reported anonymously to Legal, HR, Internal Audit Services, or any member of management. Simply voice your request to remain anonymous. And remember – Delek prohibits retaliation against any employee who reports what he or she believes in good faith to be a violation of the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Company policy, or applicable laws and regulations. Acts of retaliation should be reported through one of the avenues listed above.
