Free coffee n soft drinks. Great loyalty program - available to employees too.

Cons

In my experience, it's a pretty snipy, derisive, passive aggressive on the best days, to often cut throat on the bad.

Pros

My manager is a class act. Customers are mostly ok.

Cons

Corporate is a circus. None of them can work a store. They visit and refuse to acknowledge their employees unless they're management. Huge focus on potential theft by employees, but they don't report customer theft and accept that as a write off. They continually add on new responsibilities, yet rarely increase our pay. I've taken on several new tasks and projects in the last 2+ years and I've only been given 2 raises of 25 cents each. We don't even get pity pizza parties or $20 holiday bonuses or anything.
