- Ample ability to move up if you’re friends with the right people - There’s great, skilled, tenured people at the company who truly want to help

Cons

- Favoritism and disrespectful C-Suite - Bureaucracy and redundant workloads and meetings - Work/life balance was nonexistent - Disorganized vision for the future of the company.

High workload, lack of accountability at times, still a very masculine industry.

Pros

High Energy Able to work outside your lane if willing Quick to pay bonus. If DK makes money, you make money. Excellent pay and benefits

Cons

Refining assets are stressed. Time for investing some capital for upgrading. Listen to employees instead of calling a consultant...they both tell you the same thing.
