      Pros

      Interesting to work for a large public company. Diverse. Fast Paced. Brand new systems.

      Cons

      There is a culture of distrust. Was told multiple time not to trust this or that person/team because they will throw you under the bus. Lacking the "we're all in this together" feel that is important for a company that has grown primarily through acquisition.

      Was Great Until COVID

      Pros

      People were very passionate about their work, culture was very productive, and overall it was a great learning environment.

      Cons

      After COVID most all hiring of new employees was halted while layoffs thinned out our teams. Became a very high stress & over worked environment.

      Women are considerably under paid. When you confront managers and HR they blame each other.
