      Delek used to be a great place to work

      Pros

      Great co-workers, interesting work, possibilities for advancement, bonuses, RSUs.

      Cons

      If you advance and receive a good raise be careful. The next time the company has to tighten their belts they may look at you. Also management went downhill when the prior CEO retired.
