      Opportunity to perform many different types of work; small staff; smart CEO who challenges executive team to be better; becoming an innovative culture; many lines of business and possible opportunity to move around within the company

      Cons

      Poor communication from executive team to staff; unorganized; lacks processes which creates confusion; secretive environment; with the exception of the CEO and one or two, the executive team doesn’t commend its staff and share the credit so to speak; not very team oriented - at times can be condescending and bossy; executives often second guess the subject matter experts and create more work and frustration

      Management in TN are unqualified for their position, will give the run-around when asked a legitimate question, work/ home life balance tips towards work every time. 70+ hrs a week is routine.
